- "NovaSIM", "We", "Us", or "Our": Refers to NovaSIM, a travel eSIM provider headquartered in Manipur, India.
- "User", "You", or "Your": Refers to the individual or entity accessing the website or purchasing the eSIM services.
- "Service": Refers to the prepaid travel eSIM data plans and related connectivity services provided by NovaSIM.
- "eSIM": Refers to the embedded SIM technology profile provided digitally to the User for network connectivity.
3. User Eligibility & Obligations
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase and use our services.
- Device Compatibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchasing.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the NovaSIM eSIM for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities. You may not use the service to distribute spam, engage in network interference, or resell the service without explicit written authorization from NovaSIM.
4. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
- Fees & Charges: All prices for eSIM data plans are clearly displayed on our website. Prices may change at our discretion without prior notice, but such changes will not affect already purchased plans.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
- Billing: NovaSIM provides prepaid data plans. There are no recurring charges and no automatic renewal options.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through our authorized third-party gateways.
- Refund Policy: We strive for immediate delivery, and most deliveries will take up to 15 minutes. If we fail to deliver your eSIM within 3 hours after your payment is successfully completed, you are entitled to a 10% refund of your purchase amount. Additionally, you may request a full refund if the eSIM cannot be successfully activated within 3 days of purchase. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
5. eSIM Installation & Usage Rules
- Installation: The eSIM profile must be downloaded and installed on a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Instructions provided must be followed carefully.
- Data Speeds & Coverage: Service quality and data speeds are subject to local partner network availability, geographic location, and may be affected by factors outside our control. We do not guarantee 5G/4G coverage in all areas.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the NovaSIM website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and design, is the exclusive property of NovaSIM and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
NovaSIM provides its services on an "as-is" basis and relies on local telecom partner networks globally. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free network coverage in all locations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed travel connections, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use our services. In any event, NovaSIM's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific eSIM in question.
8. Third-Party Links & Services Disclaimer
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NovaSIM. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interaction with any external platforms is solely at your own risk.
9. Termination Rights
NovaSIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and eSIM services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities. No refunds will be provided for terminated services resulting from a violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Imphal, Manipur, India.
11. Modification Clause
NovaSIM reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website and services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
