Refund & Cancellation
1. Refund Policy
We strive for immediate delivery, and most deliveries will take up to 15 minutes. We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:
- If we fail to deliver your eSIM within 3 hours after your payment is successfully completed, you are entitled to a 10% refund of your purchase amount.
- You may request a full refund if the eSIM cannot be successfully activated within 3 days of purchase.
- The eSIM profile has not been scanned or installed on any device.
- There is a proven technical failure on our end that prevents the eSIM from connecting to the network.
Once an eSIM is installed and data is used, it is generally non-refundable. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
2. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the QR code is generated and emailed to you. Once delivered, the standard refund policy applies.
